JOB DESCRIPTION:

Maintenance Assistant required for a maintenance company that specialises in commercial maintenance on a large site in Wythenshawe. Our client is looking for reliable Maintenance Assistant to join the growing team. This role will involve ventilation cleaning as well as other maintenance duties so a background in this will be desired.

This role will be a long term ongoing contract with the view to going permanent. 40 hours a week 8am - 430pm, Monday-Friday. Long term, secure work. Weekly pay. Opportunity for overtime paid at x1.5 of normal rate.

Daily responsibilities will include:

Ventilation cleaning

Assisting skilled tradesmen

Undertake general labouring duties as directed by the supervisor

General maintenance duties around the site

This role is due to start straight away following an interview. This is a temp to perm role (long term work).
