JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently supporting a highly respected Facilities Management company in their search for an experienced Account Manager to work on a large site in Manchester City Centre. Previous Account / Contract Management experience is essential. A Technical Assessment will be required for this role so a Technical background is required. This is a permanent role with good opportunities for future progression within the company.
Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing a team of 25 hard services staff
- 8 direct reports
- Managing budgets and accounts
- Regular updates and meetings with the client on site
- Liaison with other departments
- Regular liaison and site updates with line manager
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a previous and successful track record within the Facilities Management sector.
This role is offering £60,000 - £65,000 plus company benefits.
