Associate Building Surveyor (Project Management)

Associate Building Surveyor role focusing on project led work, based in Birmingham.

This new role is with a leading commercial real estate consultancy. An employee owned firm, this multi disciplinary consultancy works with a wide range of clients including owners, occupiers, developers and funds providing a full range of property consultancy, including building consultancy services

For this opportunity in Birmingham, we're looking for an experienced Building Surveyor currently at at least Senior Building Surveyor level. You must be Chartered (MRICS) for this role. Commercial Building Consultancy experience is a must and this role with focus on project management, contract administration etc. You must therefore have previous experience in this area. Projects are largely refurbishment schemes in commercial, industrial and retail sectors.
