We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Bench Saw Operative to join their team in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company, offering a competitive hourly rate of £15-£17.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain bench saw machinery to cut materials accurately and efficiently.
• Follow technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise cuts.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
• Assist with general workshop duties and support other team members as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bench Saw Operative or in a similar role.
• Valid CSCS card is essential.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and machinery operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
