JOB DESCRIPTION:

Caretaker required in Rochdale for an immediate start. Our client is looking for a caretaker to join the team on a static site. Must have an enhanced DBS. This caretaker role will be on a contract basis.

HOURS

Monday to Friday

Shifts times will be between 6am - 6pm (7.5 hours a day)

Daily responsibilities will include:

Maintenance duties on site

Key holder - opening and locking building

Liaising with contractors on site

Requirements for the role

Maintenance experience
