Caretaker with enhanced DBS required for work on a site based in Dunston
This is a temporary contract, starting ASAP and going on until at least the Christmas break with potential to be extended
- Monday to Friday
- Will be required to open up and close site
- Daily Split Shifts - 6.30am - 9am & 3.00pm - 6.30pm (30 hours per week)
Duties & Responsibilities
- Cleaning duties
- Compliance Tests
- Site Maintenance
- Opening & Closing site
- Room set ups
- Taking in deliveries
- Fire Alarm checks
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in carrying out general maintenance work
- Basic DIY skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Computer Skills
