JOB DESCRIPTION:
Catering manager required for an immediate start in Liverpool. Our client is looking for a catering manager who will ensure that the food service operates smoothly, efficiently and safely, providing a food service of the highest standard and quality. Must have an enhanced DBS.
Working hours
Monday to Friday
37.5 hours a week
Morning and afternoon shift available
Daily responsibilities will include:
- To ensure the delivery of good quality food and beverages at a fair price.
- To work with the Catering Team to plan menus.
- To ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety guidelines and legislation in this area.
- To ensure staff are informed of their health and safety responsibilities and receive any needed training guidance.
- To prepare hot and cold food as required.
Requirements for the role
- Food hygiene certificate
- Catering experience
- Reliable
- Enhanced DBS
