Change Analyst

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in developing change plans that include communication and training for technical changes, ensuring these are comprehensible to non-technical individuals and effectively integrated back into the business.
Currently, there are two major projects within the modern work programme. The first is the Microsoft programme, which focuses on modernising document storage, sharing, and collaboration, as well as enhancing communication in a predominantly hybrid work environment. The second project is a comprehensive organisational transformation, addressing changes in work processes.
Please note, the manager prioritises experience in people change over IT change. The focus is on deploying changes for people, including writing communications, developing training materials, and creating training plans, guidance, and courses. A background in communication or training is highly preferred.
