Contract Managers Responsibilities
You will be working with a professional and skilled team with the opportunity to grow and learn whilst working with long-term contracts. You will be responsible for Site Managers, delivering zero defects, within budget and no risk of Health and Safety. This is a client facing role and therefore need knowledge of Planned Works and Reactive Repairs.
The role
- Manage the formation and selection of site personnel teams.
- Manage work activities, site personnel and resources to meet the demands of the contracts.
- Control contract progress whilst focusing on completion within budget and time frames.
- Attend monthly client meetings
