Daniel Owen are currently seeking an Electrician join a successful Social Housing Contractor on a South East London contract. The client are looking for someone with good knowledge and experience within the Electrical sector, specifically wiring in properties and plant rooms/boiler houses.
Electrician Responsibilities:
- Assisting a team of Heating engineers with wiring in components within properties and plant rooms
- Work will consist of things like motorised valves, HIUs, stats, pressurisation units, BMS systems etc.
- Completing work to BS 7671:2018 standards
- Good customer service upon every interaction
- Completing reports on the PDA
Electrician Requirements:
- 18th Edition
- 2365 Installation (or equivalent)
- Experience working in Domestic environments (essential)
- Experience working in Plant Rooms/Boiler Houses (desirable)
