Employer's Agent role with a leading nationwide surveying practice based out of their Birmingham office. The team in Birmingham works on a range of residential projects, with projects chiefly around the Midlands region.
We're looking for an Employer's Agent to join their team. You will be responsible for the management of projects from initial brief to completion, providing consultancy services to the client, tendering and reviewing proposals to ensure Employers requirements are satisfied. There will also be a range of other duties such as the provision of cost estimates, valuations and site inspections, snagging etc etc.
For this role we require construction experience ideally in the Employers Agent role or possibly similar roles such as client's representative or Contract Administration. We're also looking for a background and qualification in a Construction discipline such as Quantity Surveying or Construction Project Management. As you will also be chairing meetings and in a client facing role strong communications skills and relationship building skills are essential. Experience in residential development is desirable and a full UK driving license essential.
