JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently supporting a highly respected Facilities Management company in their search for a Facilities Manager to cover 6 sites in the Lancashire area. This is initially a 5 month maternity cover position. Working hours will be 8am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday.
Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing domestic staff on individual sites and monitoring performance
- Managing budgets and accounts
- Liaison with other departments
- Regular liaison and site updates with line manager
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a previous and successful track record within the Facilities Management sector.
This role is offering £40,000 as an annual salary. This will be pro rata as it's a 5 month position.
