Job Description:

We have an opportunity for a Fire Risk Assessor to join our national team of assessors, based in London. The role sits within Compliance, which is responsible for managing the Group's compliance responsibilities including gas servicing and fire risk assessments to ensure the Group's properties comply with legislation. We are looking for a Fire Risk Assessor to start immediately and join our clients growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attending housing stock and carrying out type 1 FRAs
• Occasional FRAs to be carried out on care homes, supported living sites and student accommodation
• Manage works related to fire risk assessments, inspections and surveys
• Produce reports and documentation for work specifications to assist in addressing and resolving issues
• Maintain records of fire risk assessments and related activities

Skills and Experiences:

• Level 4 FPA qualified (level 3 accepted when working towards level 4) or equivalent
• Proven track record of FRA delivery
• Working knowledge of legislation and current practices
• Specialised certification on purpose block of flats, residential care homes or equivalent would be advantageous
• Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential
