Role Overview:
As a handyman with us, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of repair and maintenance services. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver excellent results on time. Key Responsibilities:

• General property maintenance (e.g., fixing leaks, repairing doors, and windows, painting, and plastering)

• Assembling and installing furniture and fixtures

• Performing basic electrical and plumbing tasks (if qualified)

• Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks around the home or office

• Working with a variety of tools and equipment safely

• Communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

• Managing time effectively to complete jobs to a high standard and within deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar trade

• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work

• Good problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues

• Full UK driving license (essential)

• Own tools and transport (preferable)

• CSCS card (preferable)
