Role Aims:
- Present a professional, well-groomed, and well-mannered demeanour.
- Deliver high-level customer service to residents and visitors.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the development.
- Maintain security throughout the premises.
- Perform duties with reliability, honesty, and discretion, adhering to GDPR guidelines.
- Lead by example, demonstrating the high work-ethos expected of the Concierge function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Man the front-of-house Reception desk.
- Serve as the main point of contact for residents, guests, and tradespersons.
- Ensure the security of residents and the development.
- Conduct security and health & safety patrols.
- Monitor access-control, CCTV, and security systems.
- Manage secure Key and Key-FOB systems.
- Implement and monitor Health & Safety and Fire Regulations.
- Handle deliveries, mail, and parcels.
- Manage bin-room waste and recycling.
- Complete 'Incident Reports' for swift evaluation and action.
- Report and facilitate the repair of defective equipment.
- Undertake monthly meter readings and report findings accurately.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanour.
- Experience in a similar role within a high-end residential or hospitality environment.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using security systems and access control.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
