JOB DESCRIPTION:

I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a static Maintenance Electrician to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a large building in Liverpool City Centre. Our client is looking for an experienced and fully qualified Electrician to join the team.

The Electrical Maintenance role will be 40 hours a week 8am - 4.30pm, Monday-Friday. Overtime available (no on call) The building is in Liverpool City Centre.

Daily responsibilities will include:

Planned and preventative maintenance

Repair and replace electrical fittings

Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults

Carrying out work safely and efficiently

Building relationships with clients on site

Requirements for the role

Experienced Electrical maintenance engineer

Fully qualified Electrician

18^th Edition

Multi Skilled

2391 (desirable)
