JOB DESCRIPTION:
I am currently working with an exciting Facilities Management company that are looking for a Maintenance Handyman to cover planned and preventative maintenance on a building in Bootle. Our client is looking for an experienced handyman with maintenance experience to join the team.
The Maintenance Handyman role will be 39 hours a week 7am - 3:30pm, Monday-Thursday and 7am - 2:30pm, Friday. Working hours will be 10am - 6:30pm every third week. On call, 1 in every 3 weeks will also be required (£135 standby fee aswell as minimum 4 hours)
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Planned and preventative maintenance
- Fabric duties
- Diagnosing and rectifying fabric faults
- Carrying out work safely and efficiently
- Building relationships with clients on site
Requirements for the role
- Experienced Maintenance Handyman
- PPM experience
- Driving License
- Good customer care skills
