We are currently supporting one of our clients in their search for a Multi Trade Joiner for social housing refurbishment works in Bury. This work will generally be covering bathrooms and kitchen works. This work will be long term and could lead to a permanent position. This role will be located in the same area daily so no van will be provided. Must have own tools. My client is looking for a Joiner who can kitchen fitting and some tiling.
Reporting to the Site Manager you will take full responsibility for upgrade works to bathrooms and kitchens. Ideally looking for someone with a Joinery background who can do tiling and plastering.
Key qualifications will include:
- Qualification in trade
- Joinery, plastering, tiling
- Multi skilled
- Time served Tradesperson or qualified to appropriate level
- Ability to use IT systems
