Location: Wolverhampton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per Week

We are looking for a skilled Multi-Tradesman to join our property services team, carrying out repairs and maintenance on council homes. This is a full-time position offering 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on council homes, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting, and tiling
• Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring work is completed to a high standard
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines while working on-site
• Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with tenants and colleagues

Requirements:

• Own transport and a full UK driving licence (essential)
• Must provide own tools
• Valid CSCS card required
• Proven experience in a range of trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and general maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
