Location: Honley, HD9
Salary: £42,000 per annum + paid overtime
Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:00-17:00, Fri 7:00-11:00

Are you an experienced leader from a woodworking or joinery background? Do you have hands-on knowledge of workshop machinery, and a passion for driving quality and productivity?

We are working with a bespoke joinery manufacturing and interior fit out company that have tripled in turnover over the last 3 years. They are the trusted supplier of some of the most recognisable brands in the country.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive Workshop / Production Supervisor to oversee a team of 15 skilled joinery and manufacturing staff. You'll play a key role in managing workflow, ensuring safe and efficient use of equipment, and maintaining high standards across all production process

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and manage a team of 15 workshop staff

• Oversee daily production activities in a joinery/manufacturing environment

• Ensure safe and effective operation of woodworking machinery, including CNC machines

• Maintain quality control and drive process improvements

• Coordinate workload, schedules, and resource planning

What We're Looking For

• Strong background woodworking, joinery, or manufacturing

• Experience with CNC and related workshop machinery

• Proven supervisory or team-leader experience

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: £42,000 per annum

• Paid overtime:

  • First 6 hours at 1.25x

  • Hours beyond 6 at 1.5x

• Friendly, skilled team and a well-equipped workshop

• Stable hours with an early Friday finish
