Daniel Owen are seeking a Property Portfolio Manager located in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Lead by example to promote outstanding customer service, ensuring customers are informed and satisfied at every touchpoint.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Manage reactive maintenance, raise job orders, and coordinate with contractors while keeping customers updated.
  • Financial Management: Authorise expenditures, create realistic budgets, and ensure steady cash flow, with no more than a 5% variance on budget vs actual expenses.
  • Compliance and Safety: Oversee Health & Safety, Fire Risk Assessments, and asbestos management, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Communication: Prepare and send monthly/quarterly newsletters, manage electronic data, and respond to emails and calls within 24 hours.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Provide accurate monthly reports, complete site visit reports within five days, and ensure all activities are compliant with current legislation.


Skills and Experience Required:

  • Property Management Knowledge: A solid understanding of property management principles and procedures.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with QUBE computer system and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with good soft skills to empathise with and understand customer needs.
  • Self-Motivation: A proactive approach to continuous improvement, learning, and development.
  • Adaptability: Ability to react effectively to daily events, adapt to changing requirements, and participate fully in departmental operations
