Repairs Call Handler /Customer Service
On-going temp role can go perm
Contract Role with training provided
Hybrid Working - 2 days in the office and 3 from home
Customer Service Role for the repairs team - will vary in nature and complexities. Whilst the core part of the role is providing bookings and diagnoses for new repairs, there will be the need to update residents on existing repairs and sourcing information to support the residents.
The rota will either be 8-4 or 9-5 with one long day (8-5) to make up the hours of 36. Wednesdays are always 9-5.
- Previous experience working as a call handler within a customer service / call centre environment
- Excellent written, verbal, questioning & interpersonal skills.
- Analytic skills.
- Strong customer experience ethos
