Senior Contract Managers Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who knows how to manage a skilled and professional team whilst looking for varied ways to add value to the communities and customers you will work with. You will be responsible for several Contracts Managers and overseeing multiple contracts within budget and ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.
The role
- Manage site personnel whilst working activities and resources in order to meet the demands of individual contracts.
- Control contract progress and focusing on completion within budget and time frames.
- All contract documentations or reports are accurate and produced on time.
- You will help on the preparation, selection and processing of estimates. tenders and bids etc.
