Site Manager x2 - Social Housing Refurbishment

We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Site Managers to join a growing refurbishment team delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment works within the social housing sector across Wakefield.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Site Managers with a strong background in housing refurbishment and occupied properties to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations across refurbishment and planned maintenance programmes.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour, plant and materials.
• Develop and manage site programmes, phasing and methods of work.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Maintain site administration, records and reporting procedures.
• Liaise with residents, clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Drive high standards of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
• Conduct inspections, quality checks and oversee defect resolution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing refurbishment or planned maintenance.
• Experience managing works in occupied properties.
• Strong knowledge of internal and external refurbishment programmes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong IT skills.
• Experience using housing management systems and site reporting software.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and take ownership of project delivery.
• Thorough understanding of Health & Safety legislation and site compliance requirements.
