Site Manager x2 - Social Housing Refurbishment
Location: Wakefield
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)

We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Site Managers to join a growing refurbishment team delivering planned maintenance and refurbishment works within the social housing sector across Wakefield.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Site Managers with a strong background in housing refurbishment and occupied properties to join a well-established contractor delivering high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations across refurbishment and planned maintenance programmes.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour, plant and materials.
- Develop and manage site programmes, phasing and methods of work.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Maintain site administration, records and reporting procedures.
- Liaise with residents, clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Drive high standards of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.
- Conduct inspections, quality checks and oversee defect resolution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing refurbishment or planned maintenance.
- Experience managing works in occupied properties.
- Strong knowledge of internal and external refurbishment programmes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong IT skills.
- Experience using housing management systems and site reporting software.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and take ownership of project delivery.
- Thorough understanding of Health & Safety legislation and site compliance requirements.
