Daniel Owen are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for aa social housing role.

Will be working on Occupied/ Void homes around Gateshead

This role will be on a temp to perm basis

The successful candidate will have experience in repairs and maintenance

Must have previous social housing experience

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience with site management within Occupied housing

Qualifications@

  • SMSTS
  • Asbestos awareness, manual handling, Working at heights
  • Face Fit
