Job Description

My client is currently looking for an Office Administrator based in North London who can start immediately!

Job requirements:

  • Answer, direct and take messages for incoming calls
  • Greet guests
  • Secretarial/administration support
  • Assist with the administration of CRM system
  • Assist with the administration of Propman system
  • Assist with the administration of HR System
  • Deal with various suppliers and customers
  • Control & order stationary
  • Control & order kitchen supplies (teas, coffees, fruit etc.)
  • Filing
  • Scanning
  • Open and distribute incoming post
  • Organise outgoing post and couriers
  • Archive monitoring
  • Various other duties as required
