We are currently looking for a Administrator to join our Health & Safety team based in Birmingham on a large Highways project based in Birmingham. This is a temp to perm position based in Birmingham.
Duties will include
-Oversee and coordinate all aspects of general office administration including maintaining administrative systems
-Provide administrative assistance to all office staff including booking flights, train tickets and hotel rooms and anything else that may be required
-Answer telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handle them courteously and appropriately or pass to a relevant member of the team
-Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and financial statements using word processing, spreadsheet, database and/or other presentation software such as Microsoft Office
The ideal Candidate will have.
Previous Health & Safey Administration Experience
Able to work well on your own and part of a team
This is a long term temp to perm position with one of the UK's largest Construction Companies. Your place of work will be in Birmingham and we have a position available to start immediately. There is on site parking available and is accessible by public transport.
