We are working with a Property Management company with a fantastic reputation for friendly and helpful customer service. Looking to grow the business we require a candidate who is happy to progress and develop their career within Service Management.
Your duties would include -
- Providing excellent customer service
- Dealing with various methods of communication, verbal and written
- Answering phone calls with a professional approach
- Acting as the first point of call for any queries
- Raising complaints with contractors
- Follow up on health and safety, reports and engineer works
- Liaising with property managers
- Attending various training events, progression opportunities
You'll be call-handling and accurately solving a range customer enquiries, you'll need to be confident using own initiative and have the ability to update systems and follow processes.
