Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the technical delivery team of a boutique Project Management consultancy operating within the Construction, Development and Property sectors. This firm has a diverse array of projects working with developers, end users and further education providers generally across the Midlands and further south. Projects are typically within the £5-15/20m bracket although some are considerably larger.

The successful candidate will be a highly experienced Construction Project Manager with several years previous construction experience, with a strong background in a Consultancy / client side project management. We are looking for a highly accomplished individual able to provide expertise and support to an experienced team on occasion as may be required, although this role will still be very much focused on service delivery. Whilst you will be leading an experienced team of Construction Project Managers we are looking for strong team management and leadership skills. In addition, as this is also a very much outward facing role, we'd also expect the successful candidate to be comfortable in preparing and presenting a technical bid proposal to clients and generally in the expansion of future work flows.

This is a new opportunity with a highly respected, if small firm of Construction Project Managers. They have long enjoyed considerable repeat business with a good range of clients and are in a strong position as we move forwards. This is a great career move for the right person, an opportunity to take on a more visible role with more influence and impact and the opportunity to join and lead a strong team.

With offices across the Midlands, this firm is moving to an agile working week with the option of some remote working around Team Meetings as appropriate.
