My client requires a Build Administrator to start work at the end of June / start of July, on a permanent contract.
The office is based in Gateshead and the working week runs Monday-Friday.
Duties will include:
- Collating and updating weekly progress
- All aspects of agency bookings
- Staffing reports
- Organising timesheets
- Attending and taking minutes of staff build meetings
- Updating the training matrix
- Supply orders
- Customer care
- Reception Duties
- Weekly checklists
- Health and safety duties
The right candidate will have a driving license, relevant experience and a driving license.
