Give customers a professional and friendly service to meet the level in keeping with resident expectations
Ensure Value for Money is achieved through effective management of contractors.
Arrange appointments with customers for the undertaking of Stock Condition Surveys.
Use a tablet device, linked to our Keystone database, to carry out Stock Condition Surveys in occupied dwellings and to the common parts of blocks of flats.
To inspect building deficiencies and put forward proposals for remedial works, developing works specifications where necessary.
Inspect the completed maintenance works carried out by contractors, ensuring it is executed in a timely manner and to an acceptable quality standard
Inspect property damage in situations where insurance claims may follow
Carry out inspections of upcoming void properties to identify any resident rechargeable repairs.
Carry out the inspection of new void properties and develop the specification of works required.
Visit customers who are having problems with Damp and Mould, advising them of the best ways to deal with the issues.
Act as our main point of contact with regards to executing our responsibilities as they relate to the Party Wall Act 1996
Provide expert opinions when customers have queries or complaints about the homes in which they live.
