Currently working with a leading Repairs Contractor they are looking for Call-handler's / Customer Services Officer - Social Housing to join the team.
Duties will include;In the Repairs department you will be taking details of Repairs
- Chasing outstanding works
- Liaising with tenants
- Updating contractors and updating the internal system to ensure all areas of the business have access to up-to-date information.
- Providing high level of customer service to diverse range of our customers and residents
You need to have previous experience working within a Main Contractor or Housing Association dealing with inbound calls.
There is both Full Time and Part Time roles available.
Central London location with competitive salary on offer.
