Call-handler / Customer Services Officer to work with a large Repairs Contractor
I am currently recruiting for 2 experienced Customer Service Officers for 12 weeks temp to perm positions within a leading housing contractor client in North London.
In the repairs department you will be taking details of repairs, chasing outstanding works, liaising with tenants, updating contractors and updating the internal system to ensure all areas of the business have access to up-to-date information.
You need to have strong customer service experience ideally within Housing.
Also need to be available to start a role straight away.
