My client is looking for a hardworking, client facing Centre Assistant to join the team to help support the day to day operations of the building.
The ideal candidate will have Serviced office or Team assistant experience and Administration experience.
- Supporting day to day operations of busy centre
- Opening the offices and being first point of call
- Invoicing clients
- Answering inbound calls
- Reception duties
- Dealing with maintenance issues
- Supporting office moves
- Client facing
- Have previous Serviced office,Office Assistant or Admin and Reception experience

- Admin savvy
- Microsoft packages knowledge
- Computer skills
- Fast learning
