Full time, perm role - 35 hrs a week

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Complaints Officer/Customer Service Advisor to join a Housing Association based in Kent.

THE ROLE

  • To support teams to achieve ongoing cultural change by working with the Customer Feedback & Information Manager to help to embed the companies values and our respectful, empathetic and inclusive culture.
  • To support the complaints handling process, supporting teams to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction with all service areas.
  • To provide assurance that complaints handling, and other information and communication is compliant with all relevant legislation and regulation and with policy and procedure and reflective of our values.
  • To support the organisation to work with customers, gathering and using customer feedback and understanding customer priorities to continuously improve services.
