Directly support M & E Contracts Manager on Fire Risk Assessment delivery. This requires undertaking queries and response to internal and external and uploading information systems such as Keystone, Northgate and iPOS. Reviewing operational reports and to produce a summary of FRA reports to Department.
To apply technical knowledge to ensure a high quality, value for money repairs service to all customers and stakeholders.
To effectively manage and monitor variations, raise works orders comply with the timescales, policies and procedures set out in the repairs contract.
Manage enquires and requests for service via the telephone, computer and all other means of communication that come from internal and external customers.
Advance user of Excel, Keystone, iPOS and Northgate.
