A Concierge required in Newbury:
The role is a customer facing role for a Retirement home assisting them with their shopping to their homes. Therefore, the candidate will need to be confident with communicating with people and be able to carry themselves in a professional manner in order to aid the customers.
Concierge Main responsibilities include:
Assisting customers with their shopping bags.
Create relationships with customers and offer a friendly service.
Communicate with customers clearly and efficiently.
be comfortable working with 9am - 1pm, 7days a a week.
Be able to carry shopping bags up flights of stairs.
Be a clear and effective communicator.
Have a friendly manner.
