Role and Responsibilities

• You will be accountable and / or offer support as necessary for the design engagement on all projects and the successful implementation of internal best practices.
• You will assist internal management teams by providing constructive technical proposals to client teams.
• You will support in developing the scope of works on complex projects and ultimately support clients and internal teams with early design engagement.
• You will engage with the operations teams to provide installation solutions and guidance in support.
• You will be support project teams by ensuring that project outputs match pre-design engagement inputs and ultimate compliance is achieved in line with product manufacturers tested solutions.
• You will be responsible for clearly communicating and liaising between product manufacturers, technical consultants and clients.
• You will help maintain and develop client relationships by providing and championing compliance and technical support, as required by project teams.

Skills

• Experience in developing new business opportunities with new and existing clients. Ability to help identify areas of improvement to safeguard clients.
• You must be able to work in a collaborative manor with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to prepare and carryout CPD presentations internally and externally.

Targets

• You will become responsible for aligning and driving industry best practice change into all projects.
