Temp-Perm, full time role
£22K per annum (£11p/h)

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Repairs Customer Service Advisor role to join a large repairs contractor based in Kent.
THE ROLE
Supporting the Contract in customer service duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls
- General contract duties including correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, memos, e-mails and filing.
- Logging jobs and dealing with queries
- Handling and responding to customer complaints
- Make use of computerised packages, eg. Word, Excel and Outlook to assist the Administration function. Also undertake copying, laminating, scanning and other similar duties.
- Being the first point of contact for the company
