Job Description

Daniel Owen is currently working with a global facilities management company to support their staffing needs on a fast paces blue light contract. They are currently looking for a customer service advisor to ensure incoming calls are answered and handled well.

The company work globally on several well-known and high-profile contracts. They provide a brilliant on boarding process with training and a clear progression path in place.

Role: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Working from home temporarily with offices in Dockland

Package: £22,000, training, pension, and progression path

Responsibilities:

Answering calls from our client

Answering emails

Raising jobs on our CAFM system (Concept)

Processing engineer Annual Leave

Raising Purchase Orders

Other ad-hoc frontline tasks

Requirements:

Customer service experience

Experience answering incoming calls

Excellent communication skills
