Job Description

My client are a leading flexible office provider across the UK and are currently looking to recruit for an Executive Assistant to be based in their modern North London Offices.

Job Scope:

  • Responsibility for all the administration support for the Directors
  • Reports to the CEO

Job Description:

  • Key administration & organisational support to CEO and CFO
  • Secretarial and administration support for other Directors
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for Board and Leadership meetings
  • Preparation of Agendas and meeting packs for various Board and Management meetings
  • Email management for the CEO
  • Overseeing and organising Directors Outlook calendars
  • Organising travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Diary management with the secretarial team
  • Preparing Board packs, Committee packs and distribution
  • Organising team meetings / conferences / training
  • Organising events for the Leadership team
  • Oversees the office admin to ensure the office clean and tidy
  • Arrange lunches for the Management Board when needed
  • Prepared to work early or late to meet key deadlines
  • General office support inc shared drive coordination
  • Setting up new joiners with door access and lockers etc

Key Skills:

  • PowerPoint Presentations (standard: excellent)
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills both oral and written
  • Professional appearance and personality
