Position: Helpdesk Coordinator
Start Date: ASAP
Our client are a rapidly expanding Property Services business located in Central Bristol. Due to an increase in workload, they're looking to add a Helpdesk Co-ordinator to their team.
Key duties will include:
Answering calls/emails and responding in a professional manner
Processing calls/jobs and utilising software
Allocating work orders to direct labour team and contractors
Reporting back to clients on job progress and updating systems
Planning, assigning and monitoring PPMs
Assisting office staff with admin duties where required
This position is a permanent role and Immediate start.
