JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Co-ordinator to start on a project in Bristol. The role will begin ASAP. This role is a permanent position. If this is something you would be interested in please call 0117 937 8050.
Job Duties:
- Answering of phones
- Ensuring relevant persons receive email and phone communication regarding messages
- Ensure all incoming telephone calls are handles in a professional and timely manner
- Logging of jobs
- Logging of quotes
- Dealing with client queries
- Updating database
Job Requirements:
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Fluent English speaking
- Relevant supervisor and safety experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer communication skills
- Good computer knowledge
