JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Co-ordinator to start on a project in Bristol. The role will begin ASAP. This role is a permanent position. If this is something you would be interested in please call 0117 937 8050.

Job Duties:

  • Answering of phones
  • Ensuring relevant persons receive email and phone communication regarding messages
  • Ensure all incoming telephone calls are handles in a professional and timely manner
  • Logging of jobs
  • Logging of quotes
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Updating database

Job Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent English speaking
  • Relevant supervisor and safety experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent customer communication skills
  • Good computer knowledge
