JOB DESCRIPTION:

Helpdesk Team Manager required for a large facilities management business based in their brand-new offices in Wythenshawe. Our client is looking for an experienced Team Manager to join their team in Wythenshawe. The company provide facilities management solutions for a number of clients nationwide.

This role will be for someone who is ideally from an FM background however service provider/call centre background would be considered. You will be responsible for managing between 12-16 Helpdesk advisors.

The role will be working in brand new offices with modern facilities and free parking on site.

This role is a permanent role and two shift patterns are available.

  • 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
  • 7am - 7pm (4 on 4 off days)

Daily responsibilities will include:

Responsible for ensuring there are adequate staffing levels across the department in-line with contract specification and demand

Ensures positive feedback for its high-quality service and where possible to look for opportunities to develop this further

Communicates in an engaging way, ensuring inspiring and motivating messages are conveyed across all teams.

Provide operational lead support for Customer Service and be Head of Customer Service stand-in for annual leave etc

Requirements for the role

Experience of working in a Helpdesk/ Call Centre environment. Ideally managing a diverse workforce in a customer service environment.

Works well under pressure to meet the challenging deadlines for both operational and people aspects of their roles.

A strong manager with proven ability to lead, motivate, inspire, and support a diverse team.
