I am currently looking to appoint a HR Administrator on 3-6 month contract (possibility of a permanent position), in my clients office in Hunslet.
My client, a national Tier 1 contractor, are looking for an experience HR Administrator to join their team looking after HR related functions across the entirety of their business, from Property Services to Construction.
Ideally, we are looking for somebody to act as the regional expert providing comprehensive HR advice and support throughout a designated region or area of responsibility, whilst supporting the wider business's plan and pledge to their people.
Day to day duties can include but are not limited to:
- Supporting payroll where needed
- Processing training
- Staff on boarding
- Fleet administration
- Performance management of contracts
- Support all HR processes, including but not limited to; disciplinary & grievance, performance management, absence management
- Effectively communicating with all employees and ensuring all relevant compliance documents are stored accordingly
Previous HR Administration experience is desirable. Work will be 2-3 days a week based in their Hunslet office in Leeds with the other days working from home. Annual salary circa £25k pro-rata.
