Job Description

Junior Sales Executive wanted for my 5* serviced office client based in the City of London, covering their entire London portfolio of properties. Monday - Friday position in an exceptional company!

Role Brief:

Your main responsibilities of the role will revolve around maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and CRM system, obtaining a high enquiry to tour conversion and communicating with clients and agents/brokers. Training will be provided!

Daily Tasks:




Confirmation of viewings

  1. Confirm the days viewings with the broker/agent/client.

Every morning/ afternoon before

Daily sales duties

  1. Check for new enquiries. New enquiries are to be processed and all prospective clients and/or brokers/agents are to be contacted via phone and email.
  2. Check sales and info emails, answering where needed and processing leads without a lead-dadi attachment.

CRM to be checked regularly throughout the day.

Conduct tours

Show potential clients relevant available office space and communal areas in all buildings.

As and when required

Prepare proposals

Post tour - send client or broker/agent a proposal for the space viewed.

As and when required

Request fit out quotations

Charges for fit out works can to be requested via MD.

As and when required

Communication with managing agents

On occasion, a client may have some specific questions or require authorisation, a request will need to be made and managed.

Weekly Tasks:

Updating office availability

Update office availability documents for all buildings and send through to brokers and agents

Every Monday

Monthly Tasks:

Adding contracts to Metis

Add contracts for new clients, renewals, expansions and Virtual Offices onto the CRM. Occasionally the need may arise to give notice on existing space to terminate a client's occupation.

As and when

Show offices

Visually checking that vacant offices in all buildings are set-up as show offices, communicating outstanding issues or tasks to centre staff to be rectified or completed.


Responding to client enquiries

Answer queries where possible and seeking assistance when necessary.

Drafting contracts

Draft contracts for new clients and expansions.

As and when

Virtual offices

Deal with all enquiries relating to Virtual Offices, prepare Virtual Office agreements and upload onto Metis.

Networking events

Attend networking events and building launches

As and when


Train colleagues on all aspects of the Junior Sales Executive role, ensuring cover is available during absence. Arranging cover is the responsibility of the Junior Sales Executive.
