A Concierge required in Newbury (1-2month position):
The role is a customer facing role for a Retirement home assisting them with their shopping to their homes. The main responsibilities include greeting the customers and carrying their bags to their rooms while up and down the stairs cases. Therefore, the candidate will need to be confident with communicating with people and be able to carry themselves in a professional manner in order to aid the customers.
Concierge Main responsibilities include:
Assisting customers with their shopping bags (so must be fit).
Create relationships with customers and offer a friendly service.
Communicate with customers clearly and efficiently.
be comfortable working with 9am - 1pm, 7days a a week.
Be able to carry shopping bags up flights of stairs so must be fit.
Be a clear and effective communicator.
Have a friendly manner.
