Maintenance Surveyor

We are looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to work in Northampton on a temp to perm basis.

Responsible for a full range of technical surveying duties including surveying, specifying and. managing repair works. To work with other members within Property Services to ensure contractors provide a quality.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience of maintenance in a local authority or housing association in the capacity as a building surveyor or equivalent and, involved with day-to-day repairs and void property repairs management.
• Experience of line managing qualified trades personnel.
• Trade background with a wide knowledge of the building industry.

You will need to have a drivers licence and previous experience to a high level.
