Daniel Owen are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the maintenance, construction, engineering & rail industries.
We are currently working on behalf of a large contractor who carry out central heating installation across the south east. They operate on domestic and commercial properties.
I am currently looking for a Mechanical Estimator to work on a permanent basis to carry out the following:
-Price heating installation tenders for projects.
-Read and understand drawing and specifications
-Conduct site surveys
-liaise with clients
Due to the nature for the work my client requires:
Experience across commercial and domestic plumbing and heating, natural and LPG Gas
Up To Date knowledge of Building legislation, Gas Regulations, Water Regulations and H&S at Work Act proven track record as an Estimator in the Mechanical Services Industry.
Candidates must have experience in this field and a UK Drivers License.
