Permanent Position

Daily responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out repairs on occupied and void properties
• Day-to-day reactive maintenance work
• Plastering, carpentry and plumbing repairs

Requirements for the role:

• Ideally a core strength trade background with some other skills (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering)
• Must have social housing experience as the work is carried out on resident's properties daily
• Good customer service skills
• A full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ Level 2 or above in carpentry, plumbing or plastering (desirable)
• Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
